Legendary GCC Coach Barry Davis Inducted Into Gloucester County Hall of Fame

Rider students enjoyed a number of short-term international study tours throughout Europe, Asia and the Caribbean during the winter and spring breaks.

The 91���� Equestrian Team continues their ride to the top, with team co-captain Emiline Mylod ’13 advancing to Zones, the highest competition level before nationals. She will now compete against two top riders from every region within their zone on April 1.

Danielle Hickey ’11, a graduate of Rider’s Master of Counseling Services program and a Ewing Public School teacher, was named a recipient of the 2011 Teacher as Hero Award on March 14 at the National Liberty Museum in Philadelphia.

American folk singer Peggy Seeger, the inspiration behind the number-one hit “The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face,” will visit Rider as an artist-in-residence for a lecture and concert on Friday, March 30, through a partnership between the University and the Princeton Folk Music Society.

Rider will celebrate its annual University Day festivities, including a concert by The R Factor winner Erik Krieg, on Tuesday, April 3.
